Our goal is to become the go-to software company for both IT professionals and business partners. To make it happen, we've teamed up with Exadel, an IT consulting and engineering leader from Walnut Creek, California.

Through this collaboration, we'll be able to broaden our global reach into a variety of industries, including fintech, healthtech, e-commerce and retail, advertising and marketing, media and entertainment, travel and hospitality, automotive, and more. Most of our clients are tech scale-ups and multinational corporations from the DACH region, Scandinavia, the United Kingdom, the United States, and the Middle East.

The combination of jargon-free, beginner-friendly consulting, strong industry knowledge, and quick access to top IT talents across Central Europe enables us to design unique and powerful solutions that increase operations while driving sales growth. Now, we're expanding beyond that, joining a global network of seasoned software developers gathered under the Exadel banner.

Artur Olechowski

Managing Director at CodeteMaster of Law, a graduate of postgraduate studies at the University of Economics in Krakow. In his daily work, he masters the combination of business strategy and technology.

Karol Przystalski

CTO at Codete In 2015, he received his Ph.D. from the Institute of Fundamental Technological Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences. His area of expertise is artificial intelligence.

Grzegorz Śmiałek

Managing Director at CodeteHe is a Master of Law and has a Harvard Business School degree. A business leader with extensive experience in finance and team management. A specialist in startups and business development.
