Requirements
Experience & Knowledge
demonstrable track record of hiring hard to fill tech roles,
4+ years of experience in IT recruitment (preferable in recruitment agency),
up-to-date with the latest industry trends (HR & IT)
communication and organizational skills
Proactive individual, goal driven and target oriented with strong problem solving skills
Technologies & skills
Knowledge of sourcing methods and tools
Communicative English (at least B2),
good knowledge about programming and technologies,
Responsibilities
40%
Sourcing candidates (Backend, Mobile, Enterprise Developers) through your favorite channels
30%
Conducting interviews (both in Polish and English) to international projects
15%
Participating in IT meetups, Career trades and CodeteCon
10%
Taking care of positive candidate experience
5%
Implementing your own ideas and initiatives
