We’re looking for a self-driven and open-minded person with the first experience in B2B sales, who can grow within our 4-member Sales team. Your main task will be generating leads in order to set up a meeting with our Business Development Manager. In the future, you can be responsible for providing the whole process of the lead source from the searching to the agreement signed or became a CRM Manager. Sounds interesting? Requirements
Experience & Knowledge
1 year of B2B sales experience (a huge plus for working in an IT company)
• Interest in IT technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English (B2/C1)
• Results-oriented and adaptable to new challenges
• Great organizational skills
Nice to have:
• Experience in working with CRM (we use HubSpot)
German language (min. B2)

Responsibilities
• Search for customers and gain contact information to drive business development efforts
• Accelerate the prospecting process through sales/marketing tools and apps
Document your daily activities in the system and prepare reports
• Work closely with the Marketing team to develop new ways of increasing awareness of our services and to drive outbound campaigns
• Drive participation in events and set up on-site meetings at trade shows (after the pandemic, when it becomes safe)
