Experience & Knowledge
5+ years of software Project Management experience and street cred
Planning and organizational development skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, motivate and lead others, improve productivity, handle multiple demands, give and receive feedback, solve problems, all while remaining flexible and fun to work with!
Jira, TFS, Confluence, and G-Suite Knowledge from either the Scrum Master, Release Manager, and/or Product Owner role
Excellent English skills (C1)
Nice to have
Full Software Life Cycle experience
Technical ability with other software (TFS, Jira, Trello, AHA, Github, etc.)
Strong technical knowledge of web, mobile and back-end development

Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
You will take ownership of our release processes and ensure that we are creating best-in-breed product and service experiences. You will manage the highest priority endeavours within the organization and be responsible for seeing that they are completed successfully, and on time. Sounds good, doesn't it?! :)

• Drive teams to task/story/epic completion;
• Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings;
• Maintain process documentation; recommending improvements, creating necessary standards, tools and best practices, and document them as needed;
• Update our Agile tracking system (TFS) with Product & Sprint Backlog information
• Ensure successful completion of sprints/releases within scope, the budget, time, and quality parameters;
• Be the bridge between business and engineering (gathering requirements).
