Our technological partner provides an agency management tool made primarily for handling task management, budgeting, resource planning, invoicing and more. Using one platform, businesses consolidate their data and run projects, from prospect to payment and everything in between.

We’re looking for senior engineers to lead the development of our front-end architecture. We need engineers who think high level but are willing to get their hands dirty in the code. Being passionate about team mentoring is important, as well as having a focus on building a better developer experience for other engineers.

Challenges
  • Technical leading and mentoring of other engineers
  • Owning the complete development process of the platform's modules
  • Optimizing the release process and product data analytics
  • Building a knowledge base for the entire team
  • Providing technical support to colleagues from non-engineering departments

    With the rest of the team, you will build a resilient, service-oriented architecture and deploy your code multiple times a day without the fear of breaking things. This journey will be challenging as the product scales, but hey - you’ll be surrounded by great people and work in a relaxed atmosphere.
Tech Stack
  • frontend built on Ember (3.28), Ember data, TypeScript
  • Ruby on Rails backend with JSON API
  • other microservices in Node.js
  • AWS infrastructure

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a software engineer with 4+ years of industry experience, preferably in building front-end applications.
If you recognize yourself in some of the following characteristics, we will be happy to meet you:

  • Deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and web development in general
  • Excellent knowledge of at least one frontend stack (React, Angular, Ember, Vue, etc.)
  • Experience in collaborating with the product team and designers
  • Believing that a PR without a proper test coverage is not finished
  • Passion to mentor and lead less experienced engineers
  • Drive to improve both technical architecture and development processes
