We're looking for Senior/Lead JavaScript Engineer. Our partner is a team of more than 100 HR and data scientists, together with whom we develop an online platform for Strategic Workforce Management. The platform helps organizations manage the skill shifts. Their goal is to answer the challenges of today’s world of work to the benefit of companies, employees, and educational institutions.

Together we hope to revolutionize the market with a game-changing mix of their unique database, artificial intelligence, and analytical forecasting methods used in one solution for managing people’s skills in the internal and external labor market.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software development experience with back-end focus
  • Proficiency working with node Node.js 
  • Experience working with scalable Production applications
  • Understanding of best practices in tooling/frameworks and architecture for “modern” applications
  • Good command of English (B2+)

Nice to have:

  • Experience of working with AWS tools
