Tech Lead/ FullStack Development

You will be working as a technical lead in a cross-functional team that consists of five developers and two testers (web & mobile). The team uses agile methodologies and develops both web applications and React Native app for the users. The team is having full ownership of the technical development and maintenance of customer-facing solutions to Finnish and/or Swedish customers.

The Tech Lead will be also in close collaboration with the stakeholders throughout the whole development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and operations. Tech Lead is seen as a key person leading the applications development and the development team and collaborating with other sister teams with a similar focus in other markets.

• At least 5 years of experience as a developer
• Experience in leading the team and collaborating with business stakeholders
• Experience with JavaScript development frameworks such as React, Express, or Node.js
• Experience with cloud technologies (preferably Azure)
• Good understanding of a whole application lifecycle
• Excellent communication skills
• Very good level of English, both written and spoken
• Nice to have experience in mobile development
