The company turned to us for assistance in developing a mobile version of their application, designed to accompany their Back to School campaign. The goal of the campaign was to raise awareness and create a positive brand experience for new and existing Xfinity customers. The application required integrating with the external API of the end client responsible for storing user data.
To respond to our partner’s needs, we formed a dedicated team of software developers responsible for coding, testing, and implementing the application. The project was completed against a tight schedule, without introducing sprints. We needed to work out the priorities and suitable project management methods. This collaboration demanded not only technical know-how but also excellent communication skills and ad-hoc availability. Delivery of the final product depended on how well numerous stakeholders could work together – and we’re proud to say the partnership proved successful.
