Our partner from Hong Kong is a leading telecommunications provider, offering the latest voice and data solutions to multi-national enterprises and communication service providers. Their global coverage combined with local, on the ground knowledge has helped them build best in class connections across the globe linking Asia, Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and Africa.

We are looking for a Scrum Master who will help our teams to master working in the scaled agile framework. You will work with several teams composing one Agile Release Train.

Challenges

Proactively removing or escalating roadblocks to allow teams to progress
Establishing an environment where the teams can be the most effective
Ensuring a good relationship between the team and the product owner as well as others outside
Protecting the teams from outside interruptions and distractions
Assisting the product owner with the product backlog management
Teaching Scrum/Kanban/Agile practices and principles
Supporting leadership in implementing Agile principles
Spreading Agile principles in the whole organization

Requirements

Experience in working in a multicultural environment
Familiarity with software development
Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
Very good English language (B2+), both spoken and written
Expertise in working with the big scale scrum

Nice to have:

Experience with SAF would be a plus
Scrum certificates would be a plus
SAF certificate would be a big plus
Chinese language (B2+) would be a plus
Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field would be a plus
