The client is one of the "Big Four" accounting organizations and the largest professional services network in the world by revenue and number of professionals. The company provides audit, tax, consulting, enterprise risk, and financial advisory services to more than 263,900 professionals globally.
Our company was part of global SaaS Analytical Web Platform development aimed at applying digital transformation to the client’s business around the world.
We supported our client with the migration of existing modules to Azure native services like Azure Service Bus, Azure Redis, Azure Machine Learning, Azure SQL, Azure EventHub, Azure Databricks, AKS, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data Lake, Azure API Management, Azure Front Door, and many more.
To resolve several business issues, we maintained Data Collection, Data Preparation, Data Mapping and Classification, Data Security, Sharing, and Permissions. We also helped boost global compliance reporting with a software application for understanding global tax compliance, including data visualization and configurable components, etc.
Our Program Managers built the structure and the ruling process for the entire program of about 500 people. They also created a structure for effective communication within different levels as Product Managers, Technical Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Architecture, DevOps, and Development teams.
The program includes external vendors and internal customer’s resources within different time zones and cultures, which make the process even more challenging.
We took part in transforming development processes where teams did not have manual QA and developers were responsible for testing their own code. A lot of changes were made to restructure the teams, process changes in communication, planning, dependencies, and work management. Program-level reporting was built to adjust new process changes.
